today will be my first time interviewing candidates for the department... one of my staff is leaving ... so, nak cari replacement la nih... cant imagine... wait till its over k...

ok... the 2nd part of the story... there are 3 of us interviewing the girl... we r looking for an assistant exec ... the reason why we choose to interview this girl is due to her resume and her appearance from the photo she sent... but, we r in for a shock!! she looks so innocent in the photo but the person standing in front of us is totally a different person... very d opposite... dgn make-up tebal, coloured nails... somebody yg more suitable to work in marketing line instead of in accounts... heh.. not to say that we judge thru physical appearance but those things are important too... first impression!!
the interview goes on ok.. but, we dont think she fits the criteria... too enthusiastic, seems a bit reluctant to go lower and we think she's more suitable for PR and marketing kind of thingy... i think she'll be better off somewhere else...
well, the search continues....
