i know i haven't been blogging for quite some time... been really tight up with work... well, nothing new huh... heheh... like today been in a mngt meeting from 10 till 4... imagine that... arghhh!!! my boss is away... so, need to step in on her behalf... rasa cam kepala ni nak pecah.... but, it was a good experience though...
tapi, yg takutnya bila tgk bosses pointing fingers to each other and trying to put the blame on somebody else.... mostly laser2 kan... so somethin like a small cat fight la dlm boardroom tu... tu baru sket je office politics... i guess since the organisation is more performance oriented skarang ni... mostly try to run away from becoming accountable for whats happening... semua cari ppl to put the blame on... and even backstabbing ppl thats not there to defend themselves...
well, what to do... just need to learn how to handle situations like this la kot... this is part and parcel of working life... sooner or later will face this problem gak.. esp when u're part of the middle management team.. just buat keje the best that u can do ler....
